If you want that kick-ass throttle response just get a ProFlow or other larger throttle body. You get more go out of the initial part of the peddle compared to stock.

Or maybe you can adjust the throttle cable like I did to where there is almost no slack so when you tap the pedal, the throttle snaps open...
