Throttle position sensor always shows low voltage
I recently replaced my throttle body with an aftermarket one since an oem one is so expensive and decided to reuse my old tps. After installing it and putting the tps on I got a CEL p0122 which is for low circuit voltage on the tps. This has been confusing me because the car feels mostly identical to how it did before and no matter what I do it won’t go away. I’ve tried making a new gasket, rotating it forward and backwards more but no matter which position (as far forward or backwards or somewhere in the middle) it’s in it just always says low voltage. I tested the sensor with a multimeter and it seems to be in working order but honestly i’m not great with electrical things. Can anybody tell me what the resistance would read on a multimeter if measuring the top and middle connectors at closed and WOT just to be sure mine is correct or if this isn’t what i need to be measuring tell me what i need to. I have racked my brain on this for so long and can’t seem to figure it out. It worked just fine on the old TB but keeps throwing a code on the new one and i can’t seem to figure out why.
