Default Throttle Body Vacuum Leak

Hey guys! New forum member here. I’ve had my ‘04 for about a month now and it’s always had high idle (2000-2500 all the time). PO said they thought it was from the AEM V2 intake since it doesn’t have a tune or anything. I wasn’t quite buying it and suspected a vacuum leak. Finally did a DIY smoke test and found to sources of leaks. One was the TPS sensor and I will be cutting out a new gasket for that. However, I’m a bit confused since I can see leaking from what looks to be the throttle cable spring area. Is there a gasket there somewhere? Or is that seal apart of the throttle body gasket? Any ideas here on what could be causing that? Thanks for any input!
