Throttle Body Ports... Where do they go?
I have tried to search around and cannot resolve a relatively simple question. I don't have access to an IM right now or I'd just test it.
There are two ports in the throttle body that feed filtered air past the throttle plate and into two corresponding passages in the intake manifold (top and bottom).
I understand that (at least) one of these ports is the filtered air supply for the IACV. On other engines (B and D series, etc.), the top port feeds the IACV and the bottom port feeds the FITV. As far as I know the F20 does not use an FITV.
Could someone clue me in on where these two ports go?
