i think you should be able to sue the gas station. It should have signs of caution etc.....

I have seen people sue the city for potholes that scrape their underbody and won.

Comon that later that sue mcdonald for a 1million dollar settlement and won because she burn her lip drinking the coffee. The coffee cup did not say caution hot.... now if you look at all mcdonalds coffee cup it says caution hot. So why do mcdonald have to pay for the settlement when they weren't the manufacture for the cups...... shouldn't the cup company pay for it..

This happen to me.

i was crossing a flooded area and some A**hole with a Large truck came at me at full speed and caused a large wave to hit my car.I pretty much took the S2 to the dealer> The dealer called my insurance and told them i had water damage. The Insurance sent out a guy to check if it was true. they oked me for a new motor and that about it. And dont let them reuse any parts from them old motor . I had my motor built from Honda then shipped out to the dealer.

As for the gas station There insurance are not gonna cover you. you will need to use yours.

thanks everyone...I'm running it on my insurance because they aren't holding me at fault...it falls under 'comprehensive,' so the raise in premiums will be minimal. the claims adjuster should be out to look at the car by the end of the week.
