I used this on my '02:

http://mkiv.com/techarticles/oxygen_...tor/index.html

With some slight modifications.

I clipped a pigtail off of a junkyard civic with a 4 wire o2 sensor and used that so I didn't need to splice in to the harness.

A CEL was still thrown, so I needed a power resistor (internet says 10 ohms) to pass an initial check.

I couldn't get my hands on a power resistor in a short period, so I just wired the heating circuit from my old o2 sensor in, and away we were!

You also need to get a blockoff plug for the test pipe.

Thanks for the reply guys. I have an 04 so I can't use flash pro.

Does a test pipe make a noticeable change in exhaust note on an otherwise stock exhaust?

Can you share a brief writeup on your TP and Heatshield mod? I have a Berks TP and want to do something similar.

Berk ftw, No defouler needed. I haven't had any issues with it either.
