I used this on my '02:

With some slight modifications.
I clipped a pigtail off of a junkyard civic with a 4 wire o2 sensor and used that so I didn't need to splice in to the harness.
A CEL was still thrown, so I needed a power resistor (internet says 10 ohms) to pass an initial check.
I couldn't get my hands on a power resistor in a short period, so I just wired the heating circuit from my old o2 sensor in, and away we were!
You also need to get a blockoff plug for the test pipe.
