CEL...if you ckecked the vac lines, and the white check valve is going in the right direction, then:

Check the large hose that used to go to the stock snorkel, with the gold spring clamp. Make sure it is not kinked...

Hmm seems okay now. I think a zip tie may have been strangling one of the lines.
