For those with the Comptech CAI
The Comptech CAI fits much better if you simply move the wiring harness that sits on top of the rear mounting bracket to underneath that bracket. Recently, I and two other local guys installed these, they all went on much easier with that change. I fought with my box for an hour and couldn't get all three bolts to fit until I moved that wiring harness.

One more trick. Use a tiny bit of the fuel line as a washer on CF cover screws. The screws won't dig into the CF when you install them and leave scratches
You can tighten them down more than this.

I did that with mine when I put it in. Even with the box all the way down, sitting on the framerail, the CF lid still rubs on the hood insulation. Really pisses me off, I knew of the rubbing, and spent extra time getting the box all the way down. I even put in a recessed hood insulation holding plug, and the insulation itself still blems the CF.
