There are under 5k miles on them. I know the pics suck but it's the best my camera phone could do... Could these spark plugs cause cylinder misfire and hesitation???

I started messing with my phone and realized that there is a zoom on it... LOL. This was taking and normal zoom. I'll take better pics tomorrow. Could these plugs cause a misfire? I'm thinking of throwing in that fuel system cleaner that honda sells. I think it costs $30.

Put the plugs on the ground and take a picture (you're too close, fixed focus FTL!)
And more info, please!
You have a 2001 and only 5k miles on the plugs? Any problems before the plug swap? Who changed them? Were they loose (can cause your problems) when you removed them this time? Are you NA? And misfire / hesitation... by feel or by CEL? With a 2001, you are due for fuel injection cleaning... but also throttle body and MAP tunnel cleaning.

I just had the motor rebuilt. It was for a spun rod bearing. That was about 4-5k ago. It ran rich for a while because of a test pipe i had on there. Took that off and reinstalled the cat. It also hesitates while driving... The reason i think the plugs are fouled is because of it reading rich..
