Erm, I wouldn't use any of those.

I don't see any problem with the Tranny fluid. It looks like the proper grade GL4. It would be nice if they said it was specifically helpful in a synchronized tranny, but they kind of do say it.

If you are stuck with using a Castrol differential gear oil, I would recommend the 140 multi-grade GL5. The 90 multi-grade seems a little on the thin side to me. You can expect both of these to shear down a grade too, since they are multi-grade. Good luck!
