FOR SPOON YES....
You can cross refrence this part no. 37760-EK9-G00 at Spoons website, and manual.. They fit various hondas and acuras.. BUT NOT all of them..
As for Mugen, J's, and other companies it's all the same, same temp, same purpose, just color variances, and sizes for other hondas & acuras..

so we would have to buy both a thermoswitch and thermostat? i thought they did the same thing im not too sure though i am lookin into purchasing one of those to help keep temps down

The thermoswitch for Civic will work on the S2000 but not the thermostat.
