You need to find out whats wrong before you do anything because you don't know what really happened, also you can't reset the CEL you do that with the Service Light ..Hope you get it fixed soon...

I'm sorry seemed I was jumping ahead a bit

Deffinitly find out what's wrong before getting plans together. Sometimes you get lucky and it might be something much more simple.

But to respond to your question, you'd probably have to have a shop build it for you.

it was the exhaust. i got it repaired. i just didn't get the light resetted.
This is why people shouldn't drive around with a CEL on. Since the CEL is on, you have NO WAY of knowing if another CEL is popping up. had you properly cleared the CEL after you fixed your exhaust problem, you might have gotten another CEL and noticed something was wrong before this happened. it could have saved you from having to possibly get another engine.

I can't stress that enough to people. DO NOT drive around with a CEL if you can clear it and fix the problem. another much more serious issue could arise with a CEL and you'd never know.

regardless, you need to get this car towed to a dealership. no one here can tell you for sure what's wrong, and we certainly can't provide a cost estimate for you.

it sounds like billman posted in another thread you had somewhere, and my suggestion is follow his advice. he's a knowledgeable mechanic for the S2000.
