Is there a DIY CR lip install?

I'm not sure if those part numbers listed above are correct.
I just purchased all them and am attempting to do the install today. The 'long step' middle 3 bolts poke up through the plastic too far so they do not screw into the nuts - they are loose.
So the 8 bolts for the bumper through to the chin fit correctly on the bottom, and the 7 (middle/long step bolts) fit fine from the bumper to the chin - but you are one short.
I'm kinda lost here

Shit, disregard.
I didn't realize it bolted THROUGH the plastic undertray in addition to the lip and bumper. Those are the correct parts. The mid-step bolts go on the 4 outside holes (2 have the clips/tabs and 2 have nuts) and the 3 long-step bolts go through the bumper, lip, and undertray into nuts. All the small step bolts go through the bumper into the lip.
Problem solved!

My ap2 is an 07 and it didn't have the marks for drilling. I laid them out and it fit perfect. Now just have to get the body shop to paint my front bumper the correct color after shaving everything on the front.

This isn't really that hard, it's self explanatory, just get self tapping screws with some washers if need be, drill it into the existing indents in the bumper with some 3m tape on the inside and you're golden. Shouldn't take you that long, I've done this for years without ever taking the front bumper off of a car and I've never had any issues.

A friend of mine had an unfortunate event in his CR due to icy weather in the area and his wrecked front bumper is in my garage. I plan to use his lip that wasnt too badly damaged and put it on my ap2, but I couldnt find any real informative posts about where to drill the holes so I decided to make a template. Thought I would share in case this helps anyone else out. The measurements at the 2 center, bottom-most holes are taken from the center of the hole to the bottom of the front face of the bumper and to the center of the nearest hole. The 3 outermost holes are measured from the center of the hole to the edge of the face of the bumper towards the wheel and then to the bottom of the face. The opposite side is similarly spaced, just not as easy to measure due to its mangled plastic. I used a sewing/flexible measuring tape to run along the bumper as straight and level as I could. That circle was there to remind me that the holes are 10mm in diameter, not just circling a random spot on the ground.
