test pipe hitting
Well I installed my testpipe yesterday, and now it is resting against the heatshield that is on the floorboard. There really is no way to adjust the T.P., from what I know, so Im pretty sure that I installed it right.
What do you think I need to do to get it on there without rubbing the heatshield.
The sound is really bad

or split a rubber heater hose the long way and set it between where they hit...the hose may melt and ruin the testpipe though.
Seriously which brand is it...thats pretty pathetic given there should be 3-4 inches or more of clearance.

I have the invidia, but biglou said that he has the same one with no problem.
silver, do you think that the heater hose will be able to take the heat from the TP. I dont mind the melting stuff on the pipe, I really dont care about that.

Figured it out. Had the gasket slip on me when I was doing it last night, so it wasn't the TP but the gasket.
Took off the bolts and then religned it and it was all good. I even pushed in the heatshield so that it would give it a little more room cause the flange on the TP was a little to close for my taste
