Default Test pipe fitment issues

I ordered a new megan racing test pipe and went to install it. The flange won't bolt up to my exhaust at all. Here is the supplied gasket on top of the factory CAT flange to show how big the difference is.

There is a 3" distance between each bolt hole on the flange. Is this correct or did I somehow get the wrong test pipe?? Thanks on advance.

Nevermind y'all. had my friend who has the car measure the distance between the holes on what is on the car now, and I guess at some point the previous owner changed not only the exhaust, but also to a different cat with a completely different flange, so I'll be shipping the exhaust I have acquired while in Japan back to him, because it does have the correct flange.
