Ok, I've reset the ECU and have run 4 tanks of gas through the engine and still no CEL. The only thing I do differently is put about an ounce of Redline fuel injection cleaner at every fill up.

If you remove the ECU backup fuse (7.5A, slot #25), your ECU will be reset every time the car is turned off. The side effects are rather irritating (rough idle, no headlight warning bell, and A/C controls reset).

Redline claims that it can be used regularly with every tankful withou harm to the engine or 02 sensor.
