depends on which CEL is thrown. I've thrown a few CEL's due to wierd weather+TP, and I've never gone into limp mode

Slightly OT, but how badly does the exhaust stink without a cat? Is it something you can get used to? What's it smell like?

a CEL fix is just an extender that puts your O2 sensor a little further away from the exhaust flow. This just ensures that the sensor doesn't smell too much of the uncatalyzed exhaust, which would throw a check engine light.

They're all pretty much the same. The only thing you have to watch for is quality welds and such. Since you're running a 60MM exhaust, you probably want to run a 63MM TP. Berk I know is a good one and a favorite around here. But really any of them will do.

I love it. When I stop at the lights with the top down, it wafts over the car and I inhale deeply. Smells like global waming. ![smile.gif](https://www.s2ki.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
