Does removal of the cat allow you to shoot fireballs out of your exhaust?

On rare occasion and under certain circumstances, yes.

Just wonder how do you make a home-made o2 similator sim cel....or do i have to order ones since my comptech test pipe didn't had ones. The cel didn't come on till like 45-50 miles. I disconnected the neg battery wire which i don't suppose to so i can reset the ecu....then the cel disappeared but came back on after about 45-50 miles. I m thinking about putting the stock cat back on but i kinda like the test pipe because i can definitely noticed the gain and it's not dronning but definitely a little bit louder when i smashed on the gas.

Go to local parts store and get a few "spark plug anti foulers" drill one out so the 02 sensor can screw into it all the way. Screw the two anti foulers together, screw them into the test pipe, and then screw the o2 sensor in. 3,500 miles here with no CEL.

im having the same problem, i just put my invidia test pipe, sure enought like 2 days later my check engine light comes on, i took the advice from another post which consisted of pulling a fuse then putting it back, well it worked for a while until after like 50 miles it came back on, i do notice the smell but it does not bother me, i have no stains either, and i do notice a difference in response and power, car runs fine if not better, but that dam check light is annoying to look at, so this question goes to (TheCarGuy2021) would u happen to have pics of the mod you just mentioned??
