Congrats!
That is one hot M3!

here's an m3 install we did with the Tien EDFC mounted.
It's right under the steering column next to the V-1 volume control. We just retrofitted this m3 with the Eclipse AVN-5495 dvd deck using a custom fiberglass trim bezel. The Motorola thingy to the left of the radio is the integrated bluetooth kit for his cell phone.
Enjoy!

tells u on site
-1//-1
w/ the reference values
im riding -2.2 -2.1
as far as guy w/ Z you want stiff.. your saying better ride quality because the spring rates for s2k on flex is 10/12 whereas the Stech rates for your Z are.. 6.9 7.2
compare the weight of car vs the rate of spring and you'll notice your S2k springs are like 3x stiffer
this is good for wanting to feel the road.. i feel instantaneously when i lose traction/gain etc and thats good imo.
u can always go 2kg/mm less on springs on flex. (move fronts to rears and buy new front springs
soften ride but not as great handling

its triple perch setup
top 2= preload
bottom 1=height
logic will tell you that putting the shock further down into the bottom mount will lower car. which means raising the lower perch and then twisting the susp down into the mount.
moving the top 2 up will mean less preload, down=more preload.

It seems as if I have been messing with only my "pre-load" section to drop my car. I never even touched the "height" single collar on the bottom!
hmmmmm
If I want a softer ride which one do I adjust?

More preload wil mean a stiffer ride, just like it sounds. It is preloaded, compressing the spring when the car is at rest. If you picture a loose spring held between your hands, push your hands together "preloading" the spring, it's stiffer right?
Hope this helps.

Hi guys,
I have a question about corner handling. After I first got them installed by the shop, it handled corner very good with no body rolling. However, I don't feel the same anymore after I adjusted the spring height and damper. Did I do anything wrong or it's normal.
Thanks in advance.
