Default Is this TCT noise, or normal
Is this the TCT noise, or normal? I recently just had the valves adjusted and changed the spark plugs. Thanks!

Did the sound get louder after the valve adjustment? If they were too tight before they'll be a bit nosier when set to the loose end of the spec (which is recommended as they tighten in use).

I thought the exact same thing when fully warmed up since I bought it 10 months ago. A Honda tech from this site did the valve adj, new TCT, plugs, belt, and all fluids. Sounds the same after maint was done.

Noise videos are best when taken 4 feet away from the front of the car, hood closed. Any specific noises will shine right through.

Yes, I believe that the noise was more noticable, especially while driving after the valve adjustment. Glad to hear that this is all normal
