Taking my cylinder head off, ?s
I finally stopped being lazy and started taking my head off.
I've got 2 bolts left on the intake manifold (bottom left and bottom right of the flange), and the 2 bolts holding the water outlet on. Any tips or tricks to get these guys off? What tools did you use? I'm headed to sears to replace my socket ratchet angle thingies, they broke from a previous job. Was wondering if there's another tool I might be able to pick up to ease the taking off of these bolts?
Other than that everything is going smoothly. I'm not stuck on these bolts I was just wondering if anyone has any tricks to get them off.

everytime ive had to remove the intake manifold i used a swivel 12mm - in either in 3/8 or 1/4...
the 1/4 is great for the tighter spots, and be sure to have a magnet available just incase you drop the bolts...
as for the the water outlet, i can guarantee you using a 1/4 10mm swivel will be the easiest in access the water outlet housing.
be sure to have extensions on hand as you may need to figure out which length will get you to the bolt comfortably.
good luck and don't forget to use moderate elbow grease...

Thanks for the input. I need to get extensions for my 1/4 drive and the swivels are the parts I'm getting replaced. Taking all these parts off makes me want to just get turbo parts and put them on when I put it back together.. Bigger injectors, new throttle body, Hondata intake mani gasket, etc. But who knows what ill find when I get the head off. I'm hoping its just messed up valves or blown head gasket.
