well the rear bumber... i think its called the exhaust cap not sure

Its a known problem with that exhaust. Try fixing the hangers or reinstalling and forcefully moving it down in direction.

You can have a exhaust shop weld in another hanger off the rear most exsiting hanger. Kind of like this... |\ My exhaust wanted to rotate up and right in the bumper. The second new diagonal hanger prevents it from doing so.

Stupid exhaust...

As far as I know, for the second patch T1R, you suppose to get a muffler stabilizer to hold the muffler in place so it doesn't move around. AJ PwR let me run his for now and so far no problems at all even I abbuse it thru corners.

I think your best bet is to ask the place where you get it from and I am sure they will help you with it.
