Nice, nice. I am excited now. So, it is slanted. I called A-J from my cell phone and it said that my call could not be completed. I will try again...

Ok, got off the phone with Dickson: must say, nice patient guy who answered all my questions well:

So, he said for all out power, no compromises - go with T1R 70RT - The titanium is light and has no resonator - He did warn me that its LOUD!!!!

The T1R 63mm V2 is a quieter system, but he said the power 70mm is a better system to buy.

he said the 70mm does lose torque on the bottom end compared to the 63mm, but makes up for it in the mid-range and top-end by a lot.

He said the sparrow 63mm also makes good power, but less than the single 70mm...

Also, both 63mm and 70mm are slanted. Woo hoo! No 70mm in stock right now

Also said the j's 60mm makes LESS than the T1R 63mm, but is lighter by 15 pounds.

Figured I would add all this info on here, so future searchers have some info

Also, last but not the least, best header is the J's SPL for mid-range and I will definitely get one of those!

bottom end meaning below 3K then who cares that's to be expected.

J's header by far is the best. dammit I can't find it but there was a dyno showing a car gaining around 10-12whp through the entire rpm range and gainined around 6-7 up top.

he had other mods already also.

Looks like your probably going with the J's header and a 70mm exhaust, so your on the right path of making high numbers.

Yeah, I got one of those fake spoon carbon kevlar snorkels on ebay for $180 shipped. It looks good, but is a 2 piece item and kinda rough on the inside. I don't think will matter much.

I plan on adding a spoon filter and gutting the box like people suggest.

Then, the J's header and T1R 70mm exhaust. Finally, J's N1 ECU. Thats what Dickson recommended. I wish I could do the J's intake, but thats a chunk of change.

I may buy the header now as they have it on christmas sale! So tempted to charge it

Might want to apply that money towards an AEM EMS. A lot more flexible than either the Mugen or J's ecu.

Or wait a bit for the new AEM piggy-back that controls both fuel and timing on ecu outputs (rather than inputs):

Supposed to cost in the $400 range.

One thing to keep in mind regarding the T1R 70... it is a full headerback, meaning you have to take your cat off... no other option unless you get an aftermarket cat welded to the test pipe portion.

I have the T1R 63 mm with test pipe and my car is without a doubt faster. Honestly, between the 2 systems there is not going to be a huge difference. I chose the 63 because I would rather have the option of putting my cat back on.
