heres some info i found about the t1r 63mm v2
these are another members numbers before and after his install of that exhaust. and his impressions.
Dynojet
Stock: 204.53 HP / 140.2 Tq.
After the instalation of the T1R 63V2 cat-back
208.16 HP / 137.66 Tq.
Nice sound, little gain.
Dyno sheet coming soon.
here is his dyno.
with a test pipe he would have gained a bit more.

no problem, dude. You were super quick and helpful.
Wow, the 63mm lost peak torque, thats odd! Sounds like something is amiss. Thanks for the dyno!
I am not concerned about sound much - it a weekend/fun driver. So, thats not much of an issue. Plus, I can stick the "constipator" in for days I want it quiet...

FYI: T1R already has a angled exit 70mm exhaust in production.
The pics of the stainless one are all straight.....

AJR gained 12 whp and 12 wht with the TIR 63 mm single exhaust. They also were using the testpipe. There is a guy selling his custom header back 70 mm on the for sale forum and I think he gained upwards of 16 to the wheels. I just got the megan header and the 63 mm T1R exhaust with the Berk testpipe. It is loud as hell but I gained a lot on the low end, mid, and top end. Somewhat notciable gain?

The goal is to maximize the area under the curve.

Either way guys most people get good gains out of an exhaust system through the addition of a test pipe. In most cases a test pipe alone has been known to give better gains then an exhaust alone. Combining the two on the S is going to give you the best gains possible.
kchandra your best choice is going with a 70mm test pipe to the t1r 70mm exhaust. believe me you won't regret it, and niether will your car.
