Synthetic Oil
My 2001 has 9100 miles on it. I changed oil after the normal break-in time using Mobile 1. Has anyone experienced any oil burn with Synthetic Oil?

You will experience as much burn as you did with conventional. I haven't seen any burn past about 7000 miles, but I was still on conventional when it quit burning.

Mine quit burning right around 6K miles while still on conventional as well. I just switched over to Mobil 1 last week, so I can't comment on oil consuption, but I will say the engine feels noticeably stronger and more responsive with synthetic.
My 1993 GSR has been on Mobil 1 for over 80K miles and may use up to a quart between changes depending on how hard I drive, track time, etc. I wouldn't worry about it unless your using over a quart between changes.
