as I've searched some of the threads where owners intentionally overfilled the tranny and had problems engaging 2nd or reverse etc.
I usually jack up one side (and support it with jack stands!) to fill the tranny so I overfill too by looking how much oil is left in the bottle.
I don't have any shifing problems or leaking seals.
Not saying you should overfill!
A severe overfill could turn the gear oil into a froth/foam and that is not good.

100-200ml overfill is no problem at all IMO.
It might be 2-4 mm higher oil level at the fill hole.
No problem.
