I believe reading some where about this issue, and it has something to do with the hood rubbing the rubber when you going over a bump. Mine does thesamething and could never figured it.

Okay, so a little update:

I autocrossed today and when I got back to my complex, still no sound, seems like it's totally gone.

The reason why I used brake cleaner is, if the bushings are dry and they have crap on it then grease won't make it where it needs to be. So you use brake cleaner to take any crap off of it first and see if its nice and clean and dry, then you spray the silicone spray like a bi*ch! I am very happy with the results, I was too tired to do the other side, which is not squeaking atm, but I wanna do this as a precaution step.

It is worth your time and money. Take your time, clean it well and put silicone spray on every single moving object and you will be more than happy with the results like I am
Hope this helps

I just sprayed my bushings with silicon spray. Not sure of the results yet. I'll let you know.

Did you clean them first? Or you just sprayed without cleaning them?

TWO SEASONS OF LISTENING AND THINKING ABOUT CREAKING SOUND. DECIDED IT HAD TO BE SWAY BAR BUSHINGS. CLEANED WITH BRAKE CLEANER AND THEN SILICONE SPRAYED BUSHES. IT WAS GOOD FOR TWO DAYS AND THEN RETURNED. REPEATED THE WHOLE PROCESS. SAME RESULTS. WILL EITHER SEE IF I CAN REMOVE AND CLEAN BUSHES THIS WINTER OR REPLACE SWAY BAR BUSHINGS FRONT AND REAR. I AM NOT YELLING I LIKE ALL CAPS.
