Things you should look for are pretty easy to see in most cases. I would recommend putting the car on jack stands and comparing components on both sides (the side that was not impacted vs the side that was) Some things could be broken some could be bent the shocks could be blown and leaking oil (or may start to leak soon) axles could be messed up, wheels could be bent.
I am pretty sure you know you will at least need an alignment?
if all else fails take the car to a shop and let them check it out.

Drive the car on a straight road at a decent speed....let go of the steering wheel. Does it track straight? Don't worry. Does it dive off left or right...then worry. Do the test and let us know if the car pulls or dives. If you do then we can tell you where to look.
