Default Suspension Guru

Hello,

i was wondering if anyone can help me answer these questions.

I had somone at another forum ask me this question. Any input would greatly be appreciated.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
is there a rear brake rotor upgrade kit for hte s2k that uses ventialted rotors and does not eliminate the ebrake. i'm aware of the stoptech one which eliminates the ebrake.

who is really really good at suspension tuning in the s2k world that is around southern california? which suspensions do they tune? i've seen jrz mentioned a few times... something of that caliber is what i'm interested in learning about.

is it indeed possible to get the amuse ohlins in america?

please feel free to give me links to this information. the search seems to work on s2ki but it never seems to get me the information i want.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ive used the search feature and have included these information. Anyone feel free to add. I just thought id help a fellow member on a different site out. Hes a non s2 owner.

Thanks,
Jeff

hello trinyDezx,

Im not exactly a guru when it comes to brakes. Ill be honest with you that im almost completely clueless. However, ive check for you to see what your looking for and ive found this.

rear brake rotor upgrade kit posted by Rick Hesal. He is a well respected guy. He has been making custom parts on s2ki for a while.
Pinnacle Braking System, S2000 Custom Brake Kit (the best there is anywhere)

Heres ricks website http://www.ricks2k.com/

as for a good suspension tuner in so cal. Ive always hear Darin from West End Alignment.
Usually i hear you have to book him and he doesnt work on the weekends. Alot of people take there cars to him with any suspension alignment issues. Ive only heard great stuff from him. I was suppose to go to him to tune my susupension, but i felt that it wasnt sufficient for my needs.

Define what you mean by "tune". Darrin does a great job in alignment and corner balancing. When it comes to adjusting compression and rebound settings, well thats up to you. That takes experience driving on the track and realizing what needs fixing.
