If wheel is off-center then alighment is off, very possibly due to a bent front lower arm. That arm is known to bend easily, and if bent, has to be replaced (with new or one from a recycler). You should remove the wheels and do a thorough visual inspection, including tie rods. If no obvious bends, then you can next try to get an alignment to see if you can get back to original setting. If you can, then you are okay; if not, then a bent arm likely. Rear control arm could be bent also. Again inspect, and see if you can get the car aligned back to your original settings. Unless you are maxed out in camber etc. for tracking, you may be able to get back to your street setting even if bent only slightly. Good luck.
