This might be a naive question, but can you have a supercharger with an aftercooler and an intercooler? I understand you'll probably loose boost (you can make it up with a smaller pulley..)
Just curious.

Probly not worth it....Pick one or the other. I know w/ vortech there wouldnt be room for that may pipes. Maybe w/ an aftercooler like yellow streak has?? I know someone who is working on a front mount w/ supercharger, so we will all see how that goes.

I thought they were different. Intercooler is front mounted before hitting the blower, and aftercooler is after the blower -- or am I under the wrong conception here?

Intercooler is also placed between the turbo/supercharger and the throttle body.
Maybe you are mixing up Air/Air Cooling and Air/Water Cooling?
Air/Air coolers are commonly placed in the front grille area... most people call these intercoolers.
Air/Water coolers do not require air to cool so they can be placed right in line (Vortech has an air/water cooler... they call it an aftercooler but it is also an intercooler).
