Supercharger requirements- Vortech @ 7-8psi
Hey, I'm new to the car scene, and I have a few questions about what I would need to do after I install a Vortech (or comptech, just any supercharger.)
What other aftermarket parts will I need to install? From what I have heard, fuel injectors, boos gauges? Any other things I would need to get running about 7-8psi?
Can I still use pump gas for this? Or will I need higher octane?
And will this hurt my gas mileage, with more fuel injection?
So yeah, all pretty much noob questions. Thanks for any replies

I've read some posts that people have changed spark plugs and reduced their compression ratio with new head gaskets. I don't believe it's required at all, but done more for piece of mind. As for mpg loss, you can stop that by not mashing the gas down so hard, but then again, if you just got a supercharger, who would want to do that. I would think that if you drive the car like you did without the vortech it would only be a minimal mpg difference. But I'm not saying that out of experience.
