here's my list of parts ordered so far:
comptech supercharger
front mount spearco
n-tercooler spray
gauges
turbo xs RFL blow off valve
what else would i need?
i understand i will lose 1-2 lbs of boost because of the pipes and the front mount
so i was wondering what size and where i can get a smaller pulley?
any more suggestions?
copper spark plugs?
bigger fuel injectors?
better fuel pump??

A good experienced tuner who's familiar with your planned setup. FWIW, your project looks very impressive but make sure you take your time and set things up correctly with a margin of safety in mind, if you know what I mean.

Props to you and your soon-to-be crazy ride!

No problem mikecl713. I admire the willingness to go out and do things most wouldn't dare. At first glace, that setup looks very risky.

I always believed that careful attention to details, proper planning/testing and allowing for a margin of safety when things could possibly result in something catastrophic was one of the keys to success. I've seen cars with less than half of the mods you're planning to implement come out with disasterous results.

Another reason behind my support towards your project has to do with how eager I am to see what results from it (even though it's not my own car).

Good luck! Keep us informed (hopefully with lots of pics)!

How about some engine management. Greddy E-manage at least.

NO! You're on the path to a blown engine (and not in the good way)

S-AFC and V-AFC control fuel only and do it by upping manifold pressure to trick the ECU into adding more fuel. But with FI you pressure is already too high for the ECU and it flakes out.

With the stock Comptech set up the FPR is enough to up the fuel. With a smaller pulley you want proper fuel control and the ability to retard timing.

Either purchase an E-manage or AEM ECU, or start writing your 'My engine blew up' thread.

im just using the smaller pulley to replace the lost boost. soo in the end going into the throttle body will be exactly from the charger
say i want 6 lbs of boost.
8lbs will come out due to smaller pulley, 6 will come from the front mount into the throttle body. the engine will only use 6lbs of boost

You might try brushing up on your physics. When you cool the air it condenses. So it may only be 6psi but it's a lot more air than 6psi without intercooler. As a result, you need more fuel per psi. You could up the FPR, but it's not the way to do it.

You will either get power loss due to retardation or a blow engine. If you are spening all this money spend another grand on an E-manage and tuning.
