It's louder depending on how much your boosting. I begin to hear mine inside the cabin at a 5000 rpm shift. With our superchargers the more RPM=more boost=louder BOV sound. It's not as loud as a turbo but noticible. If you want more more noise I heard that TurboXS RFL and Tial BOV are louder according to some members. You need to have those welded to the pipe though.

If its worth $300 bucks for a sound, is up to you. I picked it cause it was a 5 minute install and I have the option to adjust spring tension, loudness, and recirculation with a simple twist.

I was also considering a BOV from Forge http://www.forgemotorsport.com/products.as...n&catalog=TUNDV. They are much cheaper (around $150) same easy install, but they don't look as loud, and had to be ordered from the UK.
