Dude i totally feel ya i had the same problem with all of mine i think the problem is someone cranked them down tight then the constant heating and cooling siezes them up i tried everything for mine hex keys hex head sockets also tried puttin liquid wrench and WD40 i tried heating up the engine and i tried super cooling it with some liquid nitrogen finally i got made enough i took a drill to it and while drilling each one they all came loose and i got them out found replacements very very cheap at LOWES

Yep. and if you want to keep your cover afterwards, dont forget to make it SNUG.
I thought I'd outsmart the damn thing and finger tighten + a little more.. I developed a serious rattle from the engine, come to find out one bolt loosened itself and ran away, and three of them were pretty much backed all the way off and about to follow the first bolt out. Cover was rattling all over the place.
