Default strut bar problem

I recently installed my AEM cai and i wanted to order the Spoon strut bar. Unfortunately, i was told that due to the shape and size of modified intakes, current aftermarket strut bars won't fit into the engine bay (because it will rub against the intake or the hood) . Does anyone know of any other products that would fit? i was thinking of just getting the Spoon strut bar

The Comptech STB clears my CT CAI and does not hit the hood at all. Its just a little costly........,but well worth it.
If you want a pic LMK.

I had the Injen CAI, with the Spoon STB. Its a tight fit, but it WILL fit. You just have to put a lil piece of rubber in between, so the STB wont grind a hole in the piping of the CAI. I'm sure it will fit with the AEM as well.

The pivot has minimal effect on the strength. A solid connection will only prevent twist about the driveline. The idea of the strut bar is to keep the tops of the towers moving relative to each other, which a pinned setup would.
