Strongest NA F20c
Hey everybody... I'm kinda new. I've been searching a lot lately, for information and for my own S2000... But anyways...
I was wondering, what is the strongest (most powerful) naturally aspirated S2k know? I'm guessing 270+ whp range? Remember, all motor!
TIA

Bleh... I see all of these part names thrown out here with "guess-timate" hp numbers, but I don't see any dyno charts. Anybody can say, "With xxx setup you'll have yyy HP." But, I won't believe it until I see the before/after dyno. I guarantee that the setup that Socrates proposed won't make 290whp (at least not on a dynojet dyno). 245-250... maybe.
The strongest all-motor streetable setup that I've heard of was putting down about 40hp over stock. So, that should be about 240rwhp or approximately 285-290 crank hp.

So you say that vapor's s2k reach 240 whp with I-H-E plus aem ems
so if we add to all this toda high compresion pistons with 2.2 stroker kit, toda spec c camshafts, valve springs, adj. cam pulleys, toda itb's or jenvey itb's or twm itb's, racing spec clutch and flywheel, RC 480cc injectors, carbon propeller shaft, with all this we will gain only 5-10 whp ???? you have to be kidding man.
With less than i mentioned above toda says you will reach 290whp and this number is not speculated.
i am not saying about vtec killer camshafts because someone mentioned on a daily driven car.

if you ask me, i think ITB's, amuse headers, R1000, aem ems, and toda camshafts you'll hit probably 240 or so whp. about 15-20 top end power i know should be a fact because thats what hayword told me and 10 whp on the bottom end. that setup right there, will cost you 2800 for itb's if you go with toda or i believe haywords as well, my price of 1200 for aem ems, 1,050 for amuse my price, r1000 not sure of but what ranges from 1900+ depending on dealer, and camshafts not sure but what maybe 1k's? my estimate/guesstimate is 7,950 dollars already. but you'll get lots of weight loss and power good enough to help you run low 13's maybeeeee squeek through a high 12? oh yea add in 4.57's for me and thats another XX hundred there. you should love that setup. thats what i want anyways.
