thats usually a common issue.. I've seen LOT'S of S2ks with that same problem in the same spark plug... happened to me too... but I removed the head and went wild reforging those treads...

Hahaha looks like you had more time and money. This method seems to work well. I've put on ~2000 hard miles on it so far and not a single issue yet. *KNOCK ON WOOD*

If the spark plugs are tightened to 24 ft-lbs, I can assure you 100% this will never happen to anyone else. Go check em!
