Stripped oil pan drain, following Billman's advice, is this the correct replacement?

It take 30 minutes to hand thread the bolts when you're reinstalling it. Realistically it takes a bit over an hour, most of the time is spent prepping the surface, applying Honda bond, then installing it. It's an hour and a half job, then you have to wait another 30-40 minutes before you can put oil in the pan again.
I like using this puppy.

I used my small cordless electric drill. I fiddled around and found a low torque clutch setting at the chuck wich worked perfect. Start with low RPM or by hand. All bolts where installed in no time. Then torqued to finall spec, done.
These bolts also dont get screwed in by hand one by one in the factory.

Just wanted to get back to everyone. Followed the advice and put some grease on the oversized bolt. It was the best advice as it made tapping the new threads quite easy. I also ran some quarts of hot oil through the engine prior to buttoning things up. Just for good measure I plan to replace the oil again in a few days.
