I have been haveing a strange vacuum noise when every it's a little cold and humid outside. It only happens when ever the engine is cold. It just ouly sounds like back pressure lettout out really quick when it happens. I have only heard it 3 times and I have a video recoded of it but waiting for YouTube to publish it.

didnt watch video but sounds like its the air pump warming up the cat........for emissions

Or...see if the vac control valve mounted on the air cleaner is hissing.
