Heat exchanger banging around? How about the clearance from the bottom of the blower or aftercooler to cross member? Worn engine mounts or instillation misalignment can cause some interference issues with the blower. Make sure everything is isolated in the engine bay and not hitting anything as it may when accelerating or going over bumps. The motor shifts in these scenarios and therefore so does everything connected to it, ie Supercharger.
This (blower-crossmember clearance.)

Same problem I had, and it sounded just like the posted videos.
Ok I just tried shoving a rubber heater hose under the blower and initial impression after driving is the noise is gone.

I want to double check tomorrow morning again when cold.

If it is indeed the blower/crossmember what do I need to do to fix it for good? Loosen the bolts that connect the s/c bracket to the motor and realign?

Thanks for all the input!

The mounts are boring into the bracket on my set up. I bought some flat-washers with the exact same inner and outer diameters and was able to use them to reposition the bracket. It's something I have to keep an eye on, but it's been holding up quite well for about year or so now.

Can you provide some pictures I'm having a hard time picturing your setup.

Yeah sorry, picture's worth a thousand words. You said you have a Novi, so I'm assuming you have the same Comptech hardware?

I have a flat washer on the front side of each of the two upper mounting bolts...

And another flat washer on the back side of the bottom mounting bolt...

I didn't do anything special with the mount located on the intake plenum side as it doesn't show any major signs of wear.

Hope this helps.

Thank you guys for all the help! Much appreciated!
