Ok guys this noise is driving me crazy. It came about directly after doing the following...

Upgraded S/C Novi 1220 ---> 1200
Installed inlinepro fuel return system
Installed Clutchmasters FX 300 and changed AP2 to AP1 flywheel
T1R 70mm dual exhaust with test pipe

The video was taken while driving the car to the tuner on 91 pump it made 392whp and 262ftlb on a dynapack. Everything is peachy aside from this stupid noise. It is more noticeable:

When the car is cold
When going over small bumps
Def comping from under the passenger side and can be felt through the floor board.
***It has never made the noise when the car is in neutral and coasting even over bumps***

I've checked front sub frame bolts and all are within the recommended torque spec. Checked heat shields for possible rattle and nothing. Any ideas???

Is the exhaust secure in all hangars and not hitting anything

Check the driveshaft bolts.

Torque to 24ftlbs...will check again

Its part of your axle closest to your diff if you look it up after awhile they start making noise
