When I was driving on the highway, step on the gas was nothing strange, but when I take off the gas, I can hear some strange noise come up under the shift knob.
Does this happen to anyone here before and please tell me what is wrong please!!

At what RPM? What model year do you have? Has your clutch ever been replaced? Older models ('00-'01) were notorious for having a clutch "buzz" on deceleration somewhere in the middle of the RPM range. Honda replaced many of these with updated pressure plates under warranty.

Actually it was the clutch disk that was warranteed, not the pressure plate. But Gernby is correct about the deceleration buzz. My car had it and the clutch was replaced at 35k miles. If the noise is repeatable, and noisy clutch disks are, take it in to a mechanic for further evaluation.
