Default Strange front end issue

My car has an issue that when its cold and the steering wheel is close to lock in either direction while moving very slowly i get a thump/clunk. I drove in a circle slowly and it would thump/clunk every few feet going forwards or backwards. After I was close to home (about a 15 minute drive) and the car was warm I pulled into another parking lot and went around slowly in a circle and was unable to recreate the problem. While stopped turning the steering wheel makes no unusual noises or anything.

The car has a KW V3 suspension set at the max height. Its been on for about 10,000 miles, the car has 60,000 miles on it.

Any ideas what kind of problem I'm dealing with?
