Hey guys,
I have noticed the last two days a little rattle from the inside the engine. I thought it was somthing hitting one of the pulleys but everything looks ok. This only occurs when the engine is cold. After 5 minutes, it goes away it seems.
If I turn on the car and just let it Idle, it doesnt make the noise. It starts to make the noise after I start to drive off and hit around 2-4k rpms. Its so loud that from inside the car, you hear from what it seems like something just bouncing around. The faster I accelerate, the louder/more rapid it would get.
I remember hearing a similar thing a while back but it wasnt as loud. Also I just created a cai for my turbo so it might be that the intake was muffling the sound before.Once the car is warm, 5 min, the car sounds perfect. NO issues whats so ever.
Doing searches, the only thing I found related to what I had was a TCT issue or piston slap. I couldnt find anything else. But when I heard the TCT on youtube, it doesnt seem to be that. Again the car is running perfect once it warms up, its just does this when I accelerate when its cold.
Here is a vid link of it after being on for 1-2 min. My injectors are pretty loud but when I start to accelerate, you hear what im saying.

Thats what I first thought especially since I had to mess with it when I was installing my turbo, but it doesnt sould like others which have had that tct failure. Normally it soulds like a card hitting a bike spoke. Unless this is how it starts and then gets worse from there.
