Most likely "preset" generic labor operation codes that are typed in when they are finishing the paper work.
So if the service advisor or closer does not know the difference, the wording and description gets unchanged for your specific service performed.
It's prob easier the type in "211010" or whatever #, rather than type in the actual service performed.
