Stock springs? Hard to get out?

I would use a spring compressor, but many don't. Although, you really shouldn't scatter the parts accross your back yard. If you don't want to use a compressor, just fire it into some towels.

The S does not require a spring compressor. You will be very disappointed if you expect parts to fly all over your back yard. The most they will is a foot or so.

Put you a couple of cable ties on the spring pretty tight then take it apart, and the spring will stay compressed for the most part. Then cut them apart once you remove the spring.
