Stiff Clutch pedal

Stiff Clutch pedal
so my clutch pedal is stiff sticks down and kills me through traffic..went through the DIY threads and went and bought a new Cylinder rod for 3 dollars.(wasnt bothered to polish it)
replaced it with all the right instructions, nothing changed in the pedal its still stiff and sticks down( No air in the lines) and abit hard.
im out of ideas, i dont know whats wrong
help me find whats wrong please ..

new rod on the right, old one was bad..but still

Sticking down is never a good thing.
The first thing I would do would be put a dial indicator on the crank pulley and check for movement from clutch engaged to disengaged. If there is no air in the line, the next place to look are bad thrust washers unfortunately.
