sticky clutch
I just had my whole tranny rebuilt by honda, and 5 days later while driving, seems like while high in the revs I push in the clutch and the revs don't fall, they stay where they are at, and it is super hard to pull out of gear, feels like the clutch is still engaged, but it only does it at high revs. If I drive under vtec point it is fine. The clutch is good, the honda tech said. Thanks for your help.

Could be a number of things including they just didn't bleed the clutch well when they put her back together. If its not hydrualic then its mechanical (i.e. they botched the install). My money is on the bleed as this is pretty common...

I haven't bled my clutch yet I have actually sucked the fluid out of the clutch reservoir with a turkey baster 2-3 times since I have owned my car. When I refilled the clutch master, I could see a shitload of crap rise to the surface of the clutch master cylinder. I would again take the turkey baster and repeat the process however many times it took to get the master cylinder looking clean
Clutch master cylinders get dirty pretty quick, and when there is air in the system, the clutch will not fully dis-engage properly, thus making it very difficult to go in and out of gear as well as make smooth gear changes

I want to know what would cause this before I go in there.
Like Utah S2K said, it's prolly the bleed

Take it back because it should be under warranty... I had a shop in fla do my clutch and on the second time they took it out they forgot to relube the rod and it gave me the exact same problem. I had it taken out and redone out here in cali and that was 100% the problem, rod and T/O bearing needed grease.
