Got a pic of the points where i should grease??
Helms manual page 13-66 and 13-68. WD-40 is your problem. It washed away the remaining grease.

I am having this same problem. I had a new Hardtopguy package installed by a shop and everything was cool for about the first 1-2k miles, now its sticking. I took it back to the shop and they checked it all out and re-greased the release fork and still the same problem. They are telling me the problem is with the clutch its self and they are going to have to tear the whole thing down again to find the problem.

So does that sound right? or is it worth it to take it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion?

how bout check the easy/obvious things first? Is your clutch fluid low or dirty? maybe there's a leak.

I bled and replaced the fluid before I took it back to the shop.
